CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION FIRST ACCESS CHALLENGE BERLIN

1 Organiser

The First Access Challenge Berlin ("Challenge") is organised by YTTP Holding GmbH, Spichernstraße 10, 50672 Köln ("YTTP"). The Challenge is in no way associated with Instagram or Meta and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram. Instagram only serves as a communication platform. Please direct questions and complaints exclusively to YTTP at hello@yttp.de.

2 Eligibility

Natural persons aged 18 or over with an active bsports account at YTTP may take part. Employees of YTTP Holding GmbH, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies as well as employees of service providers involved in the Challenge are excluded. Each person may only take part once and only in one duo.

3 Taking part as a duo

Participation is only possible in teams of exactly two people ("Duo"). Registration takes place via the form at https://promotion.yttp.de/first-access-berlin. First and last name and the email address with which both people are registered at bsports must be provided. Both people must accept the conditions of participation. Registration closes on 23 October 2026, 11:59 pm. Taking part in the Challenge is free. Regular rates and memberships apply to the classes.

4 Period

The Challenge runs from 19 October 2026 to 8 November 2026, 11:59 pm. Only check ins made within this period and after the duo has registered count. Check ins before registration do not count.

5 Check ins

A check in is a booked and attended class in one of the following YTTP studios in Berlin: Charlottenburg, Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg and Bergmannkiez. Only the record in bsports is decisive. At most one check in per person per day counts. No shows and cancelled bookings do not count. All regular classes as well as specials and events count, provided they follow a class format in our studios.

6 Qualification and allocation

A total of 36 spots are allocated to 18 duos. Qualification: each person in the duo reaches at least 8 check ins within the period, spread across at least 2 different studios in Berlin. Most Committed: the 3 qualified duos with the most check ins together get a fixed spot. In case of a tie, the duo that qualified earlier wins. Draw: the remaining 15 duos are drawn at random among all other qualified duos. In addition, a waiting list is drawn. Buying products or memberships beyond the check ins does not increase the chance of winning.

7 Prize

Every winning duo gets two spots in the First Access Preview Class at the new YTTP Strength Studio on Kurfürstendamm, Berlin, on 16 November 2026 at 6:30 pm. Cash payment or exchange is excluded. If a winning person cannot attend the date, their spot lapses without replacement. There is no claim to an alternative date.

8 Notification and confirmation

The evaluation takes place from 9 to 12 November 2026. The winners will be notified by email to the addresses provided on 12 November 2026. Each duo confirms its participation by 14 November 2026. Without timely confirmation the prize lapses and passes to the next duo on the waiting list. Up to 72 hours before the Preview Class, a duo may replace one person with another eligible person.

9 Preview Class

Participation is at your own risk and requires a state of health that allows taking part in a Strength class. Instructions of the coaches and the YTTP team must be followed. YTTP may change the date and time for organisational reasons and will inform the winners in good time.

10 Photo and video

Photos and videos may be taken during the Preview Class, which YTTP uses for its own communication, for example on Instagram and on yttp.de. Consent for this is obtained separately on site.

11 Data protection

YTTP processes first and last name, email address and the check in data from bsports exclusively to run and evaluate the Challenge and for notification. The data will be deleted after the Challenge has ended, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Winners are only published with separate consent. 12 Termination and changes

YTTP may interrupt or end the Challenge at any time without notice or adjust the conditions, in particular in the event of force majeure or for organisational, technical or legal reasons. In case of manipulation or violation of these conditions, YTTP may exclude persons or duos, also retrospectively. No claims arise from this.

13 Liability

YTTP is not liable for damages in connection with taking part in the Challenge or the Preview Class, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

14 Final provisions

Recourse to the courts is excluded. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a permissible provision that comes closest to its purpose.
